there are also OPSEU members on this list. and their pay does not always reflect the wage grid of the CA. this likely has to do with incentives and bonuses for recruitment and retention. this will also become more of an issue if a public sector wage freeze is applied. other provinces in better fiscal shape than ontario will be in a position to recruit over worked and underpaid health care professionals from ontario, to the detriment of the health care system in ontario.
