Paquette named CEO of NE LHIN

Louise Paquette has been named the new CEO of the North East Local Health Integration Network. A career bureaucrat, Paquette has spent much of the last 20 years working for Industry Canada and the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines. Her health care experience is mostly limited to her work in the late 1980s with Sudbury’s Laurentian Hospital, where she served as PR Director. She has also served as the Executive Director of the hospital’s foundation.

One response to “Paquette named CEO of NE LHIN

  1. After reading Louise Paquette experience I realize (tongue in cheek) that she will be the best candidate for the job. Who better to continue with erroding of our health system, but someone with 20 years in the mining industry.
But I am sure that her experience in health care over 20 years ago will have kept her up to date on our everchanging system. But that is why she is a career bureaucrat…being able to change your spots as the need arises.
